Buster Bloodvessel’s week was bound to be entertaining and he didn’t disappoint. He met a girl in his local on Friday night and despite a spot on his face exploding all over her dress, he still managed to pull and took her back to the flat he shared with his mum and dad before sneaking her out the following morning. He admitted to only having a bath once a fortnight and cleaning his teeth once a week. Buster also told us he was on a diet though that didn’t stop him stuffing himself, guzzling pints, and devouring whole jars of pickled onions in one sitting.

Killing Joke’s Jaz liked his Turkish coffee in the mornings. In fact, he liked drinking coffee at every hour of the day which kept him awake most nights. During the week the band flew to Madrid to perform at a club and give some interviews. He said his favourite places in England were Heathrow and Gatwick because, ‘We’re always much happier getting out of the country.’

In Paul Weller’s Working Week we almost made another cock-up. In the sub head at the top of the page it originally said, ‘Paul Weller opens his dairy and his heart to Flexipop!’ and it was only at the last minute we noticed that dairy should be diary. Paul was always honest and forthcoming in his interviews and this was no exception. ‘To me,’ he said at the end, ‘the individual is very important, but life (and therefore God, though I don’t mean that in any orthodox religious way) comes before ALL.’
